Remarkable Changes to PTO Website

Have you noticed the recent changes made to the DCC PTO website? We just wanted to highlight some of these changes and how they will benefit you.
No More Login Required. We know what a hassle it is to remember yet another login ID and password. We got rid of the login and now all the information on the DCC PTO website is viewable, including the PTO Events Calendar and all PTO Events.
New Menu Options. We added some new menu options, and regrouped others to help you navigate more easily. DCC Connections have links for teachers, for DCC families, and for other DCC organizations. We want to encourage a sense of community support within DCC. Helpful Resources provides information and fact-based links. If you need a piece of information about DCC or PTO, we will have it here. Web Links offers links to other DCC related websites.
Updated Content. We try to add new information each week. This week we have articles posted in Neighbor News, PTO Fundraising, Boosters, and Help Needed Now.
So, go ahead and browse through your DCC PTO website.
DCC PTO Achievements

Do you want to know how much your DCC PTO accomplished during the 2008-2009 school year? Just take a look at how DCC staff, teachers, and students were served-- all because of Parent Involvement!
- Awarded over $19,000 in teacher grants.
- Bought and had installed the Weather Bug system ($14,000).
- Prepared 1,000 staff meals.
- Furnished $2,000 in ThunderWear for staff.
- Provided 5,200 CSAP snacks for students and staff ($800).
- Fed breakfast to 64 bus drivers.
- Created 450 cookies for staff.
- Hosted the Milken National Educator Award reception.
- Sponsored 2 luncheons for IB visits.
