PTO Meetings

Based on parent feedback, we've cut down the number of General PTO Meetings held during the school year. Instead of monthly meetings, we will only have four General PTO Meetings. The General PTO Meetings are open to the public. Everyone who has a student at DCC is a PTO member and is invited to attend the General Meeting. Please come and get involved! Go Thunder PI! For the 2009-2010 school year, the General PTO Meeting schedule is as follows:
September 17, 2009- Thurs. 6:30 pm in Green III (Middle Level Library)
Agenda items- voting on new board members, reviewing the budget, issuing teacher mini-grants, determining prom seed money
November 19, 2009- Thurs. 6:30 pm in Green III (Middle Level Library)
Agenda items- reviewing teacher grant requests
January 21, 2010- Thurs. 6:30 pm in Green III (Middle Level Library)
Agenda items- voting on teacher grant requests
April 8, 2010- Thurs. 6:30 pm in Green III (Middle Level Library)
