Last Updated (Monday, 08 March 2010 21:53)
Welcome aboard!
DCC PTO is organizing a meal for our fantastic teachers during the Spring Conferences!! The Hospitality Committee is calling all DCC chefs, bakers, and cooks!! We will be feeding a small army of 240 DCC teachers and staff. We need lots of DCC parents willing to cook up some good food!! Be creative with the theme and bake up your best "Ships Ahoy" food! (For example, clam chowder, fish-n-chips, Chips Ahoy chocolate chip cookies, etc.) In this way, our hard-working teachers will have a chance to enjoy delicious food between conference times.

- Friday, March 12th: 10:30-1:00
- Monday, March 15th: 10:30-1:00 and 1:00-3:30

CSAP Kick-off and Testing Schedules
Last Updated (Thursday, 25 February 2010 13:28)
Ready? Set? Let the CSAP testing begin!
The DCC PTO will treat all students to a snack on February 25th or 26th. Elementary & middle school students will enjoy ice cream on Feb. 25th during all lunches, compliments of DCC PTO. High school students will enjoy a bagel snack on Feb. 26th during Thunder Time, also compliments of DCC PTO.
Just a reminder to please send a snack or two with your students during CSAP test dates. Our students seem to concentrate better after having a snack. Please use the schedule to determine if your child will need one or two snacks on any given testing day.
Not sure when your child is taking the CSAP? Check out our links!
(NOTE: This information was sent out via 20Alert email messages, and is on pages 6-7 of the Canyon Echo, February 2010 issue.)
